Position   Business Development & Sales Manager
US
     
Job  
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships together with the senior management

  • Manages inside sales, proposal preparations, and internal and external marketing strategies 

Priority of Duties  
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers and partners; discovering and exploring opportunities

  • Works with Aquila on new leads generation, sales cycle, contacts & meets potential customers and prepares proposals

  • Developes national strategic market directions 

  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials or evaluating options

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations

  

Qualifications  
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales/business development experience in health, fitness and/or wellness industry

  • B.S. in Business, Marketing and/or Health/Exercise Promotion Field preferred

  • Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism

  • Customer service oriented

  • Modern principles and practices of organization,administration, budget, and management

  • Acts with a sense of urgency

  • Excellent communication, organizational and management skills

  • Detail oriented, punctual and motivating

Compensation   Negotiable upon experience
Base + commission, performance bonuses
