Builds market
position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and
closing business relationships in the UK and the EU.
Manages & assists in new
customer tasks, HR and operational tasks.

Priority of Duties |
|
o
Locates or proposes potential
business deals by contacting potential
customers and partners; discovering
and exploring opportunities.
o
Works with Aquila on new leads
generation, sales cycle, meets potential
customers and prepares proposals.
o
Developes strategic market
directions in the UK and the EU.
o
Screens potential business deals
by analyzing market strategies, deal
requirements, potential, and financials or
evaluating options.
o
Closes new business deals by
coordinating requirements; developing and
negotiating contracts; integrating contract
requirements with business operations.
o
Manages & assists functions in
new customer implementation tasks.

Qualifications |
|
o
Minimum 2-3
years of sales/business development
experience in health, fitness and/or wellness industry
o
Closing Skills,
Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills,
Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory
Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills,
Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism o
Customer service oriented
o
Modern principles and practices of
organization, administration, budget, and
management o
Acts with a sense of urgency o
Excellent communication, organizational
and management skills
