A one or two-day on-site, intense, customized training seminar for
Senior Managers and Fitness/ Health Facility Owners, Program Managers
and Operators. During this training, Aquila Senior Directors
assess your facility (operational, instructional or financial areas),
analyze your challenges, and recommend improvements on turnkey
operations. Topics to be discussed are tailored to your specific
needs and may include: Human Resource Management, Facility Operations/

undergraduate or graduate degree in exercise science/ related field, b.)
at least one or more national certification (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, AFAA or
Cooper),
c.) at least 3 or more years of experience in educating
physical fitness principles.
